Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged, you may return it for a refund following the standard return procedure.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.
  • If the return is confirmed to be our fault after investigation, your delivery fee will be refunded.

Important:
If you are returning an item of high value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in unused, unopened, and original packaging condition as delivered, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
